Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a $25 fee. That’s why we ask you to provide your payment details when booking — the startup meeting itself is 100% free, but the fee applies only in case of late cancellations.
